Who we are
TradeDesk (waimaodesk.com, “the tool”) is operated by the site operator. This notice explains what information the tool collects and how it is used.
Your account
To use the tool you create an account with your email address and a password. You may also add a company name and a phone or WeChat number.
Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash; nobody, including us, can read them. We use your account details to sign you in, to send password-reset emails you request, to check your catalogue licence, and to reply when you contact us. We do not sell them or share them with unrelated third parties.
Your documents stay on your computer
Company details, customers, products, orders, photos, seals and signatures you enter are stored only in this browser’s local storage, separately for each account. They are never uploaded to our servers.
We cannot see this data and cannot recover it. It does not sync between computers; use Orders → Back up all data to keep a copy. Exports (PDF, Excel, backups) are created in your browser.
Catalogue licence
When you redeem an activation code it is linked to your account. Each computer that opens the catalogue is recorded with a random device ID and a device type such as “Chrome · Windows”, with the first and most recent use, so we can limit the number of computers per licence. You can unbind computers yourself.
Cookies
We set one essential cookie, td_auth, to keep you signed in for up to 30 days. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Hosting and logs
The site is hosted on Hostinger servers, and all code the page uses is served from our own server. Like any website, the server keeps routine access logs (such as IP address and time) for security and troubleshooting.
Your rights
You can update your company and contact details, change your password, or delete your account from the account menu at the top right. Deleting the account permanently removes your account, sessions and licence binding from our server. You can also clear the documents stored on a computer at any time.
Changes
We may update this notice as the tool changes; the effective date above will change with it.
